Refund Policy

To reschedule your CITB Test, you are required to inform us via calling on 0333 344 0036 Four days prior to the Test date.

If you want to cancel your CITB Test, then you must inform us Four days prior to the Test date. No refund can be provided afterwards.

If you contact us to cancel your Test when it is 4 days or above, you are entitled to get the refund after the deduction of admin fee. If by any means you are unable to reach the Test Centre on time or without carrying your valid photo id's like Driving License or Passport, you won't be allowed to do your CITB Test and Construction Customer Service Ltd. will hold no responsibility for giving you any refund or free Test.

All the Refunds will be processed after the deduction of Admin fee.


CITB Courses

All the courses are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be rescheduled once booked 
No refund will be issued if the candidate does not attend the course or arrive late at the training (classroom)
If the candidate has insufficient Photo ID he will not be eligible for a refund.
